Chemicals
When applying chemicals, be sure to read and follow the instructions on the back of the bottle. On many products, the dirctions have a little booklet of directions attached to the back. Read these dirctions over carefully and follow what they say. This will help the chemical work better for you, so your plant will get the treatment it needs and you will get your moneys worth. Some products call for being reapplied 7-10 days later or 6 weeks later or etc. and it is important to follow these dirctions so that the chemical will be affective for your plant's infection. Also, reading the directions carfefully will help for poison control. Some products should not be used around pets or children and it should be stated on the back of the bottle what to do if these harmful products are swallowed. *Look for the 1-800 number or the company's website if you have specific questions regarding the product. Remember, chemicals can be used year to year if they do not freeze, so be sure to store them in a space that is out of reach of children/animals and that will protect your chemicals from our cold North Dakota winters.
Always: *Safety first!*
